About the Role

Join Cortica as a part-time Behavior Technician working with children with autism and developmental differences. Use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques in home and clinic settings to build communication, play, social, and daily life skills.

Key Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 and group ABA services to children in clients' homes and clinics.
Document session data to support treatment goals.
Collaborate with families and supervisors.
Follow crisis protocols including de-escalation and mandated reporting.

Requirements

Experience working with children; autism experience a plus.
High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days (training provided).
Reliable transportation for travel within 30-40 minute radius.
Tech-savvy with EMR and Microsoft Office.
