The Physical Therapist will conduct patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic exercises and functional training. They will also collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and ensure accurate documentation and billing.
Candidates must be licensed in Oregon or a graduate of an approved Physical Therapist program and hold a degree from a CAPTE accredited program. Experience in post-acute care or a similar healthcare environment is preferred.
