Document findings in the Electronical Medical Record and communicate results to PFDHWC-contracted providers.

Requirements

Current M. D or D. O. license in the State of Arizona.
Board Certified in Cardiology.
Two years of experience interpreting cardiovascular test results.
Working knowledge of and experience with the IAFF/IAFC Wellness Fitness Initiative, NFPA 1582 and OSHA 1910 relating to firefighters.
C-Pet Interpretation experience.
