The Advanced Practice Provider will manage a cohort of oncology patients by performing daily assessments and formulating family-centered care plans. They will also collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to evaluate treatment effectiveness and provide education to patients and families.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Nursing or a Bachelor's degree as a Physician Assistant, along with relevant oncology experience. Current licensure and certifications in Pennsylvania or New Jersey are required upon hire.
