Key Responsibilities
- Provide Hands-On Care: Assist individuals with daily activities like personal care, meal prep, and transportation, all while fostering independence.
- Support Mental Health & Behavioral Management: Utilize your skills to help individuals overcome behavioral challenges, offering compassionate, person-centered care.
- Work on tailored outcomes for individuals and work with behavioral guidance plans as needed.
- Create a Safe & Welcoming Environment: Maintain a clean, safe space that ensures comfort and support while helping individuals reach their personal goals.
Requirements
- escalation techniques, conflict resolution, positive support methods and person
- centered approach. At least 1 year of lead staff experience in residential services or a two
- year degree in a related field. Need the ability to understand and implement behavior support plans (BSP), treatment plans, functional assessments, individualized support plans (ISP), and person

Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
- Weekend coverage may be required.
