Requirements

Candidates must be a Registered Pharmacist in Michigan with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and preferably have a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency. Experience in geriatrics or ambulatory care and board certification in Geriatric or Ambulatory Pharmacy is preferred.
