Job Description

About the Role

Mantra Health seeks a part-time Telehealth Crisis Line Provider to deliver crisis/emotional support to college students nationwide. This W2 position is fully remote with flexible scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide empathetic crisis support via phone.
  • Conduct risk assessments and de-escalate crises.
  • Collaborate with students to develop safety plans.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Requirements

  • 1+ years telehealth or crisis management experience.
  • Training in crisis intervention and treatment planning.
  • Independent judgment and professionalism.
  • Licensure equivalent to LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist preferred.

Benefits & Compensation

  • $30/hour base pay.
  • Additional on-call flat rates: $120 primary, $65 secondary.

Work Schedule

  • Part-time, shift-based with flexibility.
