About the Role

Mantra Health seeks a part-time Telehealth Crisis Line Provider to deliver crisis/emotional support to college students nationwide. This W2 position is fully remote with flexible scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide empathetic crisis support via phone.
  • Conduct risk assessments and de-escalate crises.

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Requirements

  • 1+ years telehealth or crisis management experience.
  • Training in crisis intervention and treatment planning.
