Join Concentra Inc as a Nurse Practitioner – Part-Time, Onsite in United States. Position Summary Onsite Innovations is now hiring an experienced and self-driven Nurse Practitioner for a part-time position at our client's site in Hermiston, OR! Key Responsibilities

Spends 100% of time in the onsite clinic providing direct patient care, leading by example, and creating an exceptional patient experience.

Ensures day

day execution of Concentra's clinical model collaborating with members of the healthcare team to drive optimal clinical outcomes.

Accountable for monitoring, understanding, and effecting key onsite clinic metrics that relate to quality outcomes.

Requirements

Demonstrated working knowledge of clinical operations

Knowledge of laws and regulations that govern delivery of rehabilitation services
