Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Eligible

This position qualifies for federal student loan forgiveness. After 10 years of qualifying payments while working full-time for a nonprofit employer, the remaining balance on your Direct Loans may be forgiven.

Join Mental Health Association - Western MA as a Bachelor's Level Clinician in Chicopee, Massachusetts, United States.

Key Responsibilities

Manage program entry documentation and complete initial/updated assessments and treatment plans.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement Individualized Action Plans (IAPs), including crisis and behavioral strategies.

Provide individualized support to participants, adjusting plans as needs change.

Assist participants in obtaining and maintaining safe housing, resolving landlord issues, and supporting moves or utility setups when needed.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, acceptable driving record, and sufficient insurance.

Bachelor’s degree required in human services, psychology, social work, or related field.

Minimum six months of experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance use challenges or housing instability preferred.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills.

Salary: $52K

PSLF eligible (Public Service Loan Forgiveness).

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Day shift only - no nights.
