Short Description

The Pharmacist Clinical Specialist in Oncology collaborates with specialty physicians to provide clinical pharmacy review of oncology/related medication therapy treatment plans for accuracy of dosing to ensure optimal safe and cost-effective therapeutic regimens. The Specialist will coordinate treatments with Infusion Therapy, manage inventory, and perform sterile compounding of infusions and injections to be administered.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Doctorate degree and possess a New Jersey Pharmacy license or be eligible for one within six months. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience is required, with PGY-1 experience and Oncology Board Certification preferred.
