Join CHEO as a Nurse Practitioner – Inpatient Medicine in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- will play a key role within a specialized NP team delivering comprehensive and coordinated care to pediatric patients.
- will support patients and families requiring care planning, foster strong multidisciplinary collaboration, and ensure continuity of care throughout the hospital stay, while also facilitating smooth transitions to community-based care.
