About the Role

Lead the Clinical Quality Innovation team at Spring Health, a remote position focused on improving mental health care quality and safety. You will oversee provider performance, investigate care complaints, and drive quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee provider performance and escalations team.
  • Investigate and resolve care complaints and grievances.
  • Conduct audits and quality assurance reviews.
  • Monitor provider contract compliance and best practices.
  • Track quality metrics and identify risk areas.
  • Provide training and clinical coaching to providers.
  • Drive team efficiencies through technology.
  • Maintain compliance with legal, regulatory, and payer requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance quality and safety.

Requirements

  • LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist with minimum 3 years post-licensure experience.
  • Experience in tele-behavioral health; EAP experience a plus.
  • 2+ years clinical management or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of legal and ethical clinical care aspects.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments.
