About the Role
Lead the Clinical Quality Innovation team at Spring Health, a remote position focused on improving mental health care quality and safety. You will oversee provider performance, investigate care complaints, and drive quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee provider performance and escalations team.
- Investigate and resolve care complaints and grievances.
- Conduct audits and quality assurance reviews.

- Track quality metrics and identify risk areas.
- Provide training and clinical coaching to providers.

Requirements
- LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist with minimum 3 years post-licensure experience.
- Experience in tele-behavioral health; EAP experience a plus.
- 2+ years clinical management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of legal and ethical clinical care aspects.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments.
