Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE Accredited School of Social Work, OR from a school in candidacy status by the council of Social Work Education (CSWE).
- Upon hire: Oregon Clinical Social Worker License
- 2 years relevant Social Work experience. May include CSWA experience. Preferred Qualifications:
- Care Management: Experience in acute care settings.
