About the Role

Join Cortica as an ABA Behavior Technician providing direct behavior therapy services to children with autism and neurodevelopmental differences. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team in various settings including home, community, school, and clinic.

Key Responsibilities

Implement behavior-analytic services and positive behavior strategies.
Work 1:1 and group sessions with children.
Collect data and complete session notes.
Assist with assessments and collaborate with families and supervisors.
Follow crisis and emergency procedures.

Requirements

Experience working with children, preferably with autism.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; relevant experience considered.
Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 45 days via Cortica training.
Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
Skilled with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
