Key Responsibilities

The Speech-Language Pathologist will conduct in-home evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for adult clients. They are also responsible for providing therapy services and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with home health regulations.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a master's or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology and possess a valid Colorado state license. ASHA certification and current CPR certification are also required for this position.
