Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver therapy for speech, language, articulation, fluency, feeding, and swallowing.

• Educate families and caregivers to promote therapy carryover at home.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with home health guidelines.

Requirements

• A master's or doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP).

• Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech Pathology (CCC-SLP) by ASHA or eligibility to obtain it.

• Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License in the state of Colorado or eligibility to obtain it.

• Possesses and maintains current CPR certification.
