TeamHealth is seeking an exceptional physician leader to serve as hospital
medicine program director at Bristol Regional Medical Center, a premier Ballad
Health facility serving the Appalachian Highlands. This is a unique opportunity

Position Highlights

Ideal Candidate
* Board-certified in internal medicine or family medicine
* Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hospital medicine experience
* Prior leadership experience as medical director, associate director, chief
hospitalist, or similar role preferred but not required
* Proven success in quality improvement and physician engagement
* Strong communication, relationship-building, and operational leadership

* Passion for mentoring physicians and advancing patient-centered care
