Requirements

  • License Requirements Meet all requirements of The Maryland State Board of PT Examiners, and licensed by this regulatory agency with a PT license.
  • Certification Requirements Level C CPR certification for health care providers.
  • Knowledge of treating vertigo or willingness to learn is preferred.
