Job DetailsJob Location: AUSTIN, TX 78746Position Type: Per DiemSalary Range: $48.00 - $48.00 HourlyJob Shift: AnyThe Respiratory Therapist is responsible for providing cardiopulmonary care services in accordance with specific physician’s orders, department policies and procedures. Experience with ABG machines, Ventilators, Bipap/CPAP, and EKGs. Administer Nebulizer treatments, Incentive Spirometry, MDIs, Ezpap and Oxygen. Perform chest physiotherapy as indicated.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of Respiratory Therapy with one year of acute care experience preferred. Current State Respiratory Therapist Licensure (RT) BLS, ACLS and PALS required.

The Respiratory Therapist provides cardiopulmonary care services following physician orders and department policies. Responsibilities include administering treatments, operating medical equipment, and performing chest physiotherapy.
Requirements
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Respiratory Therapy school and hold current state licensure. Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, and PALS, with one year of acute care experience preferred.
