This position offers day shifts only. Work with Bond Vet in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States.

Key Responsibilities

The extern will assist with patient appointments, physical exams, and clinical procedures under the supervision of experienced veterinarians. They will also engage with pet parents and observe surgical and laboratory processes to gain hands-on experience.

Requirements

Applicants must be currently enrolled in their 3rd or 4th year of an AVMA-accredited DVM program. Candidates must demonstrate a willingness to learn, effective communication skills, and the physical ability to perform tasks like lifting and crouching.
