Key Responsibilities

The Triage Nurse provides telephonic nursing services, including health assessments, triage, and patient education. They also collaborate with providers to facilitate care, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current South Carolina RN license and possess at least two years of professional nursing experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer service focus are required.
