Lead Speech Language Pathologist (Full-Time, $7,500 Sign-On Bonus)

Join Positive Development as a Lead Speech Language Pathologist – Full-Time, $7,500 Sign-On in California. The Lead Speech Language Pathologist position consists of providing direct clinical work, assessments and individual consultations for clients. This position involves learning and integrating the principles of Early Start best practices and DIRFloortime principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing checks and maintenance equipment including, but not limited to, augmentative communication devices (AAC) Carry out in-home sessions specifically tailored to the child’s treatment plan.

Requirements

• Speech-Language Pathology Certification in California.

• Strong desire to learn a Developmental, Relationship-Based Model (DRBI) through training, observation and reflection.

• Strong communication skills both written and oral.

• Passion for working with children on the autism spectrum.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $100,000 - $120,000/year

• Signing bonus: $7,500.

• CME allowance: $2,000.
