The clinician will provide comprehensive primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and chronic disease management for diverse patient populations. They will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize community health outcomes through population-based care and quality improvement initiatives.
Candidates must hold an active Washington State Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license, along with DEA and state prescriptive authority. A minimum of two years of experience as a primary care provider is preferred, and current BLS certification is required.
