Program Therapist - Contract

This Mental Health Therapy position at Smokey Point Behavioral Hospital is open to psychologist candidates.

Psychologists are seeing unprecedented demand driven by the mental health crisis, with telehealth dramatically expanding access and enabling fully remote practice.

Stated compensation: $65 per hour.

This position also offers production-based compensation: $65 per hourly. Production bonuses can significantly increase total earnings above the stated base salary range.

Core responsibilities: The Program Therapist will perform social services functions, including crisis intervention and conducting individual, couples, and family therapy. They will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and document effective treatment plans for patients.
