About the Role

Affect is expanding mental health services and seeks licensed mental health therapists in Oregon to provide remote psychotherapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, and related conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide individual psychotherapy via secure telehealth platforms.
• Support members with diverse mental health needs.
• Maintain clinical documentation.
• Coordinate care and participate in team meetings.
• Adhere to HIPAA and state licensure regulations.

Requirements

• Active Oregon license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPC Associate).
• Experience in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth psychotherapy.
• Strong communication and trauma-informed approach.
• Comfortable with EMRs and telehealth tools.
• Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace with reliable internet.
