DirectShifts is seeking full-time licensed therapists in California to provide individual therapy via a telehealth platform. The base salary is $80,000 covering up to 41 visits per two-week pay period, with additional pay of $75 per patient visit hour beyond 41 visits.

You will provide virtual counseling, psychotherapy, and mental health evaluations using an integrated EMR system with built-in video and documentation tools. The position offers a flexible schedule with no penalties for no-shows or late cancellations.

This role includes maximum administrative support including scheduling, billing, credentialing, and patient verification. Work remotely from anywhere in the United States with a collaborative clinical team.
