Provide comprehensive patient assessments, diagnosis, and management of chemotherapy side effects and hematologic diseases within a multidisciplinary team. Coordinate patient care through referrals, discharge planning, and educational support for patients and families.
Requires a Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program with current state licensure and DEA registration. BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory prior to the start date.
