Outpatient Physical Therapist II - Schaumburg - Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one physical therapy care, including assessing patient functional abilities and implementing customized treatment plans to regain function and decrease pain. Coordinate with physicians and nursing staff while managing patient records and educating families on care plans.

Requirements

Requires a degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA accredited school and current Illinois licensure or eligibility. Must hold a CPR certification through the American Heart Association.
