Join Day Kimball Healthcare as a Speech Language Pathologist in United States. Day Kimball Health is hiring for a part-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our HomeCare Speech Therapy department! Department: HomeCare / Inpatient (FLOAT) Location: Thompson, CT & Putnam, CT Schedule: Day shift (8:00 a.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluates and treats patients as prescribed by referring physician.

Records treatment, response, progress and discharge information in patient’s chart.

Educates patient, family and significant others regarding condition, treatment, home program and Rehabilitation Services.

Routinely confers with physician and other practitioners in person, by phone, or in writing, regarding progress, regression or change of plan.

Requirements

Master's degree from an accredited program in Speech Language Pathology required.

Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech

Language Pathology required.

Connecticut license or Connecticut license eligible required.
