About the Role

Join Regional One Health as a Outpatient Pharmacist Float – PRN (PCS) in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Comply with all applicable regulations and standards.

Receives physician/provider orders, preparing prescriptions and refill requests and intervenes when appropriate for clarification or correction.

Interprets and evaluates medication orders for contraindications, incompatibilities, allergies, and dosing.

Ensures patient profile is complete and adjusted accordingly for height, weight, current and past medical history, clinical laboratory results and concurrent medications (including over

Attends staff meetings, all mandatory in

service and additional continuing education as required.

Contributes to the annual review of unit

based scope statement and determination of important aspects of care for clinical review.

Work Schedule

Per Diem position.

Weekend coverage may be required.
