Key Responsibilities

• Performs all functions associated with the evaluation of patients for all age groups within the department's responsibility.

• Performs all functions associated with the execution of therapeutic treatment for all age groups within the department's responsibility.

• Completes all documentation required within the regarded timeline according to department.

• Adheres to the standards identified in the Medical Center's Organizational Competencies.

Requirements

• Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Graduation from an accredited physical therapy school.

• Licenses and Certifications Required: Physical Therapist License.

• BLS AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification.

• Working Conditions: Lifts a minimum of 50 lbs., pushes and pulls a minimum of 100 lbs.

Benefits & Compensation

• Pay rate: $68/hour.

Work Schedule

• Per Diem position.
