Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Requirements Primary Care Physicians who are Board-certified and eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Geriatrics.

• Physician with an active unrestricted CA license to practice medicine by the Medical Board of California.

• Previous experience with computer-based systems required; Electronic Medical Records experience preferred.

• Current DEA license required.
