Key Responsibilities

• Here’s what the job involves: Provide day-to-day leadership for assigned clinical and case management services, ensuring compliance with all regulatory, contractual, and organizational standards.

• Supervise and support Case Managers through monthly documented supervision, case consultation, coaching, and modeling of best practices.

• Promote a consistent therapeutic environment, shared treatment orientation, and behavior management framework across residential programs.

• Lead hiring, onboarding, performance management, retention, and termination processes for assigned programs.
