Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies from an accredited program
Unrestricted current state licensure and board certification
Experience in family medicine, internal medicine and/or geriatrics
BLS CertificationDEA LicenseResponsibilities: Conduct thorough patient assessments and medical histories to inform diagnosis and treatment plans
