Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Occasionally required to walk; sit; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies from an accredited program
• Unrestricted current state licensure and board certification
• Experience in family medicine, internal medicine and/or geriatrics
• BLS CertificationDEA LicenseResponsibilities: Conduct thorough patient assessments and medical histories to inform diagnosis and treatment plans
