Requirements

• state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner Prescriptive Authority from the practicing state Within 60 days of hire Drug Enforcement Agency Licensure Within 60 days of hire CPR

• based setting Required Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies Current PA Physician Assistant License PA

• C or board eligible. Ongoing successful recertification (NCCPA) as a PA

• C Within 90 days of hire Drug Enforcement Agency Licensure Within 60 days of hire CPR

Work Schedule

• Rotating schedule.

• Call responsibilities required.

• Weekend coverage may be required.
