Key Responsibilities

• will do: Conducts psychosocial assessments by interviewing the patient and their significant others to obtain history and identify preliminary issues for treatment focus.

• will need: Required Education, Skills and/or Experience: Master’s Degree in Social work or a Master’s Degree in a recognized mental health field or a Bachelor’s Degree and completion of an approved substance abuse education program for assignment in the substance abuse area Knowledge of developmental psychology, disease pathology and clinical needs of assigned population Ability to maintain information which is highly confidential Ability to clearly summarize pertinent clinical information via written correspondence and medical records documentation Ability to demonstrate self-control in volatile or hostile situations Ability to set therapeutic limits and maintain therapeutic distance with clients; maintains therapeutic boundaries with patients during treatment and following discharge Preferred Education, Skills and/or Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in a behavioral health setting Required License and/or Certification: Current State of Illinois licensure with a minimum of three letters which may include LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor), LSW (Licensed Social Worker), Associate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (ALMFT), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or LCP (Licensed Clinical Psychologist) unless primary patient population is chemical dependency when a CADC is required Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification within 90 days of hire Benefits (For full time or part time positions): Premium pay such as shift, on call, holiday and more based on an employee’s job Incentive pay for select positions Opportunity for annual increases based on performance Career Pathways to Promote Professional Growth and Development Various Medical, Dental, Pet and Vision options Tuition Reimbursement Free Parking Wellness Program Savings Plan Health Savings Account Options Retirement Options with Company Match Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay Community Involvement Opportunities Endeavor Health is a fully integrated healthcare delivery system committed to providing access to quality, vibrant, community-connected care, serving an area of more than 4.

Benefits & Compensation

• Hourly rate: $45.69/hr.

Work Schedule

• Full-time position.

• Call responsibilities required.

• Weekend coverage may be required.
