Key Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently enters orders into pharmacy computer.

• Monitors for appropriate and rational drug therapy.

• Provides all drug distribution activities, (order entry, dispensing, checking) for all patient populations.

• Accurately enters orders for intravenous admixtures, chemotherapy, and total Parenteral nutrition for all patient populations.
