Key Responsibilities

Patient Care Provide evidence-based and effective delivery of services (e.

-, assessments, consultation, and therapy) appropriate to the patient’s specific needs and severity level of disability or impairment, and make referrals as needed.

Gather and integrate information from all available sources, including client self-reports, reports from family members, guardian(s), documented medical records, treatment history, etc.

Conduct crisis and safety planning with patients and coordinate transfers to higher levels of care as needed.

Focused Therapy Experience with children & adolescents with co

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

No weekends required.

Day shift only - no nights.
