About the Role

Cranial Technologies seeks a full-time Registered Nurse in Fort Wayne, Indiana, to provide specialized pediatric outpatient care for infants with plagiocephaly and ear shape correction. Work exclusively with infants in a modern clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Treat infants using DOC Band® and EarWell® devices.
• Provide expert evaluation and treatment for plagiocephaly and ear shape conditions.
• Build strong relationships with families throughout treatment.

Requirements

• Licensed RN.
• Prior pediatric experience required.
• 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience preferred.

• Salary range $75,000 to $90,000 annually.
