Physician Assistant Safety and Quality Manager/OBGYN - MSH - Full Time

Key Responsibilities

The Safety and Quality Manager leads incident investigations, risk management, and quality improvement initiatives within the OB/GYN department. They also oversee research coordination, ensure regulatory compliance, and facilitate staff training on patient safety and high-reliability principles.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree, preferably in a health science, and possess at least 3 years of experience with exposure to quality and safety management. A current New York State clinical licensure in a relevant field such as RN, NP, or PA is preferred.
