Occupational Therapist- Home Health Visits

Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist will perform home visits to evaluate patient functional status and develop individualized intervention plans to promote independent living. They will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide rehabilitative care and document patient progress using electronic medical records.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current Maryland Occupational Therapist license and possess at least one year of recent work experience. Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program is required, and prior home care experience is preferred.
