Join UChicago Medicine as a Registered Dietitian I – Inpatient Pediatric, Comer Children's Hospital in United States.

Key Responsibilities

will provide MNT across a variety of service lines, including inpatient PICU, General Medicine, and Burn, as well as coverage for both inpatient and outpatient cystic fibrosis and NICU follow-up clinic patients.

manage medical conditions, and improve overall health outcomes in pediatric patients.

provide MNT across a variety of service lines, including inpatient PICU, General Medicine, and Burn, as well.

Provide age-specific patient education (assessment of learning needs and barriers to learning; communication.

Requirements

Assesses need for and determines appropriate composition, rate, etc. of enteral tube feeding and standard parenteral nutrition, if applicable

Uses computer programs to access information and communicate with other members of the interdisciplinary team.

Documents clinical care according to organizational guidelines Required Qualifications:

BS/BA in Nutrition, Dietetics or other relevant major with completion of didactic program in dietetics if necessary

Salary: $65.7K - $73K

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Day shift only - no nights.
