About the Role

Join Old Pueblo Community Services as a Therapist II – 136 Hours PTO in United States. Description Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm The Therapist II is responsible for providing therapeutic services to OPCS outpatient clients. The role involves interacting with individuals who are experiencing homelessness, Serious Mental Illness, Substance Use Disorder, and other related conditions.

Key Responsibilities

Completion of behavioral health assessments, screenings, recovery plans, and discharge summaries as needed, under the direction of a Behavioral Health Professional.

Delivery of Counseling Services to clients in both a group and individual format in accordance with the Recovery Plan.

Making updates to the plan as services are completed.
