Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Technician manages the facility's daily milieu, ensuring client safety and maintaining a therapeutic environment. They provide direct support to clients, facilitate education groups, and document client progress and incidents accurately.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least one year of experience working with clients with mental health issues and a high school diploma or equivalent. Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days are required.
