Primary Care Physician

Key Responsibilities

The physician will provide whole person primary care to patients of all ages in a collaborative clinic setting. Responsibilities include active participation in multidisciplinary case management and the utilization of quality improvement tools to enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree and be board eligible or certified by the ABMS or AOA. An active, non-restricted medical license in Minnesota and the ability to obtain DEA certification are required.
