Key Responsibilities
- Collaborates with the multidisciplinary treatment team to support patient care in alignment with the treatment model of the unit.
- Administers prescribed nursing interventions under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Collects and documents patient data, including obtaining vital signs, as directed by RN.
- Assists with the transportation of patients throughout the hospital.
