About the Role

Join Houston Behavioral Healthcare Hospital as a Outpatient Adolescent Program Therapist (Evenings) Per Diem in Houston, Texas, United States.

Key Responsibilities

include: Conducts psychosocial assessments to document history and identify preliminary issues for treatment focus.

Participates in the formulation of patient's treatment plans, including the establishment of treatment goals and objectives.

Monitors and documents patient's progress in achieving treatment goals and objectives in group notes, as well as through individual and family sessions.

Requirements

Must have a Master’s Degree in Counseling or Social Work. (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LPC

A in clinical supervision with experience)

Experience in psychiatric setting a minimum of 1 year.

Commensurate with experience.
