Key Responsibilities

• include: Conducts psychosocial assessments to document history and identify preliminary issues for treatment focus.

• Participates in the formulation of patient's treatment plans, including the establishment of treatment goals and objectives.

• Monitors and documents patient's progress in achieving treatment goals and objectives in group notes, as well as through individual and family sessions.

Requirements

• Must have a Master’s Degree in Counseling or Social Work. (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LPC

• A in clinical supervision with experience)

• Experience in psychiatric setting a minimum of 1 year.

• Commensurate with experience.
