Join Overlake Medical Center & Clinics as a Mental Health Therapist – Cancer Services, Part-Time in United States. Welcome to a medical center where you're the center of attention. Pay range: - Hourly $44.

Key Responsibilities

will provide counseling, therapeutic assessments, and interventions for adult oncology patients in a holistic, culturally sensitive process that promotes the dignity, respect, safety and maximum optimal functioning of the individual.

will collaborate with the patient’s integrative psychiatrist, their oncologist and the oncology social workers for short-term management and stabilization of symptoms through therapeutic individual treatment with short term CBT or other applicable therapeutic approaches.

will be an essential part of the Cancer Services Program, coordinating directly with staff psychiatrist, providers and other interdisciplinary team members to effectively meet the behavioral health needs of the patients through individual therapy.

Requirements

Master’s degree required.

Minimum two (2) years of recent, continuous experience as a psychotherapist required.

Experience in providing psychotherapeutic behavioral health services in an outpatient setting is highly desirable.

Salary: $44.40 - $66.60/hr
