Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one speech language pathology services to older adults in their homes or senior living communities. Develop individualized care plans, perform evaluations, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve patient functional independence.

Requirements

Must hold a valid Speech Language Pathology license and a Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA CCC). Candidates must be able to meet physical demands such as lifting and performing patient transfers, and possess basic computer and EMR proficiency.
