Lead Physician Associate/Assistant (PA) - Urgent Care

Key Responsibilities

The Lead Physician Associate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care, including performing physical exams, ordering diagnostic tests, and managing therapeutic procedures. Additionally, the role involves acting as a clinical leader by mentoring new-grad providers and ensuring compliance with medical records and safety protocols.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree and current Physician Assistant certification, along with a valid DEA license and BLS certification. Previous clinical experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or ambulatory care is preferred, alongside strong leadership and communication skills.
